Conditions of Booking Casa do Pinhal

  1. The property may only be used for private residential purposes by a maximum of four people.

  2. Visitors must keep the property, including terraced areas, in a clean and tidy condition.

  3. No responsibility is accepted for any accident or mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises.

  4. It is essential that gas and electrical equipment breakdowns are reported immediately to Jinny Harman, LOJA 21, LUZ Ocean Club, LUZ. Tel 82-789801 (see map in apartment). Faults should also be pointed out to Mina the Maid.

  5. In an emergency, Jinny Harmon is our local representative and key holder. Other key holders at Pinhal de Meia Praia are Peter and Brenda Scott, Apartment block A-1.

  6. All breakages must be replaced with similar.

  7. It is most important that all rubbish is placed in plastic bags and disposed of daily to avoid attracting ants. Large Council bins are found at the site entrance and at intervals along the road. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of when you leave.

  8. All bottles to the bottle bank opposite the complex please.

  9. Visitors must provide their own beach towels. Apartment towels are for use within the property only.

  10. Letting to commence at 4 pm and to end at 11 am to allow time for the maid to change linen between guests. Luggage lock up facilities may be arranged for those with later flights.

  11. Deposit 25% payable on booking.

  12. Final payment must be made 8 weeks before flight.

  13. The wood burning stove is only to be used after you have read the instructions left in the apartment. The wood used must be replaced ready for the next guests (see details in the guest book).

  14. Keys must be returned immediately upon return home.

  15. Cancellation insurance is essential.
