Southgate

Southgate is a traditional stone built cottage standing in its own walled garden at the heart of the village of Embleton, overlooking the village park and the nearby cricket field. The pretty rear garden is a sun trap, totally secluded and surrounded by mature trees. The recently renewed and extended conservatory makes a natural extension from the house into the garden.  The garden is a haven for wild birds.

Entrance hall with telephone [honesty box]. Sitting room, large. Colour TV with Freeview Satellite and DVD player. Sun lounge. Kitchen, fully fitted with with solid oak units, inset hob, auto oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. Bedroom 1: Twin beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. Bedroom 2: Double bed, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. Fully fitted tiled bathroom including electric shower over bath.

Southgate is fully double glazed throughout. Free heating (electric storage heaters) . Gardens front and rear. Parking - 2 cars in drive. We regret that dogs are not allowed in Southgate.
